Thank you Gracie. Some of my friends are very thoughtful. When exactly do you deserve treats? I didn't think CATS cared about that sort of thing. Love Plum
We CATS love treats! It's really the best way for our staff to get us to pay attention to them. I personally enjoy a good felt mouse stuffed with catnip and hibiscus flowers. My Mum would get very upset if I took the squeak out of a real mouse because that would mean I had made it dead. ( and she would have to clean up my leftover bits)
Dear Plum, I am very glad to hear that it didn't mind at all. My experience of squeaky toys is that The Squeaker Comes Out. This is a big anticlimax. If only we dogs could design our own toys we could ensure these things were built properly. Sort of, the Rolex of squeaky toys. By the way don't let anyone know where you live, or I suspect you would be deluged with gifts from your fans every day and it would become a problem - for Emma if not you. love, Katie
Dear Gracie. I think you are missing the point of toys. The WHOLE POINT is to get the squeaker out. I always do and then I have to hide it because Emma seems to want it even more than I do. They are rare treasures. Love Plum
Don't worry, when you have as many friends as you it must be easy to get them mixed up. Interesting reflections on squeakers.I think my friend Pickle must have done this and then swallowed it. It would certainly explain a lot about her bark. love, Katie
You know what, Plum? I am a mere human but reading your post, I had a sudden and passionate desire for my very own squeaker toy that I could shake to death and it wouldn't mind. Sigh.
You are one very lucky dog! I Love It when my friends and other adoring humans bring me the treats I deserve. Enjoy!
