Battling Wills

  1. Reggie is the same way. If he gets distracted with a squirrel, he'll suddenly look around, searching for me. Then he gallops over with a great sense of relief. :)

    1. You are definitely Top Dog then, which is lucky. Sometimes I am not sure who is boss...

  2. Would it be different if Liffey was there? Being left behind is no joke, but if one's sibling is there it takes the edge off things, and I speak from considerable experience. (Three hours was our record.) love, Katie
PS. The new book is being passed around the village.

    1. Dear Katie,
Liffey is a goody goody and constantly bosses me around which makes me more determined to do the opposite of what everybody wants. But apparently, I am being quite good at the moment.

  3. Unfortunately, Bumble is a dog of Iron Whim and can be very difficult to shift without resorting to underhand tactics too

    1. Bumble sounds perfect to me. Iron whim, iron will, iron wiles and wistfulness are all good traits that we share. You can be as underhand as you like but we are on to you.
      Yours sincerely,
      Plum
