A New Dawn

  1. Excellent.
I (Spot - the rescue greyhound) was relieved at the downpour last night & today. Far fewer fireworks than last year :-) And a beautifully muddy run today ... even with the "evil waterproof" on.
Woof! (I seldom bark; but when I do, I mean it)

    1. Dear Spot
Thank you for your message. How very nice of you. Today I had to wear my evil waterproof - as you will see.

  2. SDear Plum,
We both feel for you more than we can say. Fireworks should be banned on every day except the 5th and perhaps the previous weekend, and if the majority of MPs cared about animals this would change, along with a lot of other things. That's what James says and I agree with hims.
On a brighter note, yes we have some very interesting neighbours. It's odd to be wandering along through the wind and rain and the empty bleak fields, and find a supermodel beaming at us out of the Land Rover window. Still, if I was as famous as you that would wipe the smile off her face. love, Katie x x

PS Sorry, I'm in a bit of a hurry.

  3. Dear Plum,
I don't like fireworks either, they are far too noisy for no reason. I find hiding under the bed is a good solution until things quiet down. I hope Emma gave you lots of treats to make up for all the shenanigans you were subjected to. I think it's the least you deserve!

    Love, Gracie

They've stopped now but the rain has started. Life is full of difficulties. I expect you are not very fond of rain either. I think we have more and more in common.
