Dear Karen, I don't know what you are snorting about. I was totally serious. And it's not getting any better. There are builders and dust everywhere. I was hoping for a bit of support and sympathy. Yours sadly, Plum.
Dear Plum, Come on, get that scowl off your face and give Emma's eye a kiss better! (Not too literally.) Thanks for the invite to your party. It sounds fun, but the trouble is I'm a nightmare on public transport. I wriggle and whine and try to get off, and a ten minute bus ride is bad enough for James let alone two hours on the train. He could look in on his way to the Proms, though. love, Katie PS. If it's any consolation I was sick all day yesterday.
Oh dear Plum, poor Emma must be feeling fed up too. I know just how you're both feeling with builders and dust sheets etc, I keep telling myself it will pass soon too :-)
Thank you Su. It's always heartening to know someone else is suffering like me. It's not really improving at all quickly. But I will soldier on. V*!*V_____)
Of course it will pass. But in the meantime, I hope you will be be extra-specially nice to Emma, and give her lots of licks, until her eye is better. We have to take care of our humans. Looking forward to watching you jump for frisbees again soon. Love Biff xxx
Dearest Biff. It is still going on but at least we have got the kitchen back so Emma can get at the treat cupboard. The dust is making me sneeze quite a lot and Emma is very ratty. I am trying to be nice like you suggested, but it's not always plain sailing. Love Plum xxx
Lol, sounds like a rough one for Plum.. ::snort::

DeleteDeadlock calling - well, our humans! Don't they make a fuss!
ReplyDeleteToo right, Deadlock. Have you really got a deadlock? I have too.
