My dog friends Floyd and Kelsie (and YES I do have dog friends) say the squeaker is like the prize in the Cracker Jack box. Whenever my Mum brings them toys it's the first thing they tear out. To date they have gutted a big pink pig, a gorilla, Eyeore (?) (the donkey from Winnie the Pooh)( not the original one), and a skunk; and that's just what my Mum bought for them!
Dear Gracie, Thank you for telling me about your other dog friends. I am a bit put out by the news that you have other dog friends, I must admit. I thought I was special. Yours cordially, Plum
Dearest Plum, trying stealing Emma's toys. Human's call them 'shoes' and normally have two of each. It can be a great and enjoyable game to hide their toys in unusual places. Love Biff
Dearest darling Biff, I have been taking your advice and have hidden quite a lot of Emma's toys this week. She has no idea it is me doing it. She is a bit stressed however, so I am trying to find them again but I can't remember where they are. Love Plum xx
Dear Plum, A few ideas. An old sock tied into a ball and flung up the hallway makes a good toy substitute. A biscuit can be inserted into the end, which Dog then spends hours trying to get out. (A bit cruel, this one.) Alternatively, grow old like me and sleep all day. Cheap and soothing. love, Katie
Never mind, Plum. It's nearly Christmas….
ReplyDeleteMy favourite time of year. I am THE BEST unwrapper of presents.

Have you been a good dog Plum? If you have Santa might bring you a new one soon :-)
ReplyDeleteHow can you even ask? I have been as good as I am capable of being

Dear Katie,
DeleteI don't think Emma would be very pleased if I chewed up biscuits in her socks. But I might give it a go.
