Not For Children

  1. I agree with you Plum! I make it a strict policy to never do the things I have to do and only do the things I want to do. As a beautiful and willful cat it is expected and tolerated of me, but as a goofy dog aren't you supposed to please your "master"?

    1. I've never thought of that! Is that what dogs are really supposed to do? I thought she was supposed to please me. Gosh. That's a new thing to think about. Love Plum

  3. Wonderful! I love Liffey but its your independence of spirit that I love most dear Plum! Why should you drop a ball? They only pinch it as soon as you do so, and try to make you run for it again!!!

    1. I will drop it if there's a treat involved. Sometimes, if I hold out long enough, they resort to that. It's quite boring, but it's worth it.

  4. Dear Plum,
Super to have you back. So then, what's been happening while you've been away. My friend Molly won Prettiest Bitch in the village dog show. Lots of wheat was cut down. And James's book about me was rejected for the 692nd time. Oh well, you're back to amuse us again so hooray for that! love, Katie

    1. I think that there aren't nearly enough books about dogs and the publishers must be bonkers. I would like to read a book about you. Love Plum
