  2. I do sympathise Plum but it could be worse. Minnie the surrogate dachshund has a slipped disc and on vet's orders has spent the whole week in a crate. Vets seems to think that sounds better than cage, but I'm not sure. Anyway she's a lot better and won't need an operation so hooray for that. And really, there's no need for explanation. Everything we get from you in a privilege. love, James

  3. You don't need to do anything new or unusual Plum, we just love your thoughts on life, love and chicken treats.

  4. Dear Plum,

You really must have a firm word with Emma, she should realize by now that everything you do is unusual!
Allegra the kitten loves water and insists on sitting in the bathroom sink whenever My Mum runs the tap, but I remembered how much you love water for some inexplicable reason and have decided that even though she is a strange creature that she may not be quite the horror that I first thought.
I do hope you have been able to do some swimming in the lake or a fountain now that the weather is getting warmer, and that we will of more of your adventures soon.

Love, Gracie and the Gruesome Twosome

P.S. Meaghan still thinks Allegra is a pain in the neck, if only she had my saintly patience and understanding!

  5. Dear Plum,

WELCOME BACK!! As you can see we are all happy to see you... and Emma too! Personally, Giorgi and I are enthralled with your every move - even one where you're just sitting there looking cute and then standing on Emma's belly. We are just about to start your book on the Path to Perfection - because we think you're PERFECT!

    Love from,
    Ellie and Giorgi

  14. I really wish you would write more about Plum's adventures. I love that dog! I was looking at books at a Brazilian online bookshop and I found out that Plum is called "Ameixa" in Portuguese! (Pronounced, roughly, "ah-mesh-uh.")
