A Funny Thing

  1. Oh Plum... Too much of a good thing, indeed! Clearly the small stinky pool of water was calling your name. Pity you didn't get out a little earlier. Perhaps you could have avoided the disgrace. Sure Weezie will forgive you, though. Give it some time and a few deep longing stares right in her eyes. This tactic works wonders for me when I'm in Ellie's bad books.
    Yours in sympathy,
    Giorgi

  2. Dear Plum,
Oh dear, that did not turn out for the best. I expect it will be a learning experience all round.
I hope you're not too jealous of Emma collaborating with another writer, and so close to your own new book. He brought out something strangely and wonderfully new in her art, and I am sure you will too. love, James x

  3. Oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear.....so Weezie ended up having to walk home in her sockie feet?

Humans (unless they are quite small ones) don't really "get" lovely stinky puddles at all. They're more like cats in that way, I'm sorry to say.

  4. Maybe you need to work a bit harder on planting the seeds of doubt that actually you really are quite deaf? A slightly sad, puzzled expression now and then with extra tail wags to show a sincere wish to please? The downside is you'll find yourself at the vet with nasty cold stuff being squirted down your ears.....

  6. Gunnersbury has so many fenced off bits at the moment. Mine and my friends dogs are always getting in them then they can't work out how to get out. Some of the mud is so thick and gloopy too.
