Mean Girls

  1. I bet Claudia was just yearning for a Plummie of her very own.
Just like when one of your friends starts dating an "unfortunate choice", you'll just have to grit your teeth and forbear. Or bare your teeth, as the case may be!

    1. I think you're right but she will never admit it. I expect Maddy will improve. I certainly have and next year I am going to be extraordinary. Love from Plum x

  3. SDear Plum,
Quite right. You were here first which gives you certain privileges, but having established that fact I'm sure you will have a long and happy relatoinship. Just promise you won't make threatening remarks to my new dog when they turn up.
How lovely to see that your last book was highlighted as a pick of the year in Hatchard's Christmas catalogue. A well deserved accolade for you and Emma. love, James

  4. Oh my GOODNESS PLUM...what were you THINKING??? You do realize that Christmas is just FIVE DAYS away??? You have to be good because...dude...Santa (or rather Father Christmas you call him) is watching, like all the time. New squeaky stuffy toys. There's a lot on the line here, I'm just saying. Think about it. You need to radiate sweetness and light, I mean I totally get it, but sometimes we just have to suck it up. Anyway, I hope you have a fabulous Christmas and tell us all about it. My mom painted me and my sister on our cards this year and even though I look rather handsome, she painted me having eaten Santa's milk and cookies and I'm PRETTY sure I would never, ever do that so I'm sort of embarrassed about it. We all have our crosses to bear.
