  2. Dear Plum
Please wish Emma happy birthday and I hope you have a lovely time too when yours comes. Since they got a whole haunted tower to play in, I think you should request the private hire of a swimming pool for your party - especially one with a diving board.
It was my birthday too this week- but I'm a mere juvenile of 28- and my mum seemed to think it would be fun for me to share it with THE PUPPY. So I had to spend the whole evening patrolling my possessions and counting treats to ensure parity. However our party boxes did have bottles of dog beer, which is just the best thing you have ever tasted - I have put a crate at the top of my list for Father Christmas . The second thing on my list is ear plugs in case THE PUPPY comes again....

    Love from Fudge xx

    1. Happy birthday Fudge! You got off lightly! On my birthday my sister Liffey and I always have to have a party and invite our other relations. They are perfectly nice but we didn't choose them and we don't always see eye to eye, especially about party food and presents.
I like the sound of dog beer. I'm going to get Emma to google it straight away.
      Love Plum xx

  3. Dear Plummet,
(Are you calling yourself that now? It's very appropriate for the doyenne of doggy divers.)
Having dinner with all your friends looks fun, but dancing in the twilight with your family looks even better. I see Emma has posted on Twitter some useful information about helping dogs cope with fireworks. I trust she will be putting this into effect tonight. Katie loathed fireworks, and I expect she has her earplugs in in heaven just in case. love, James
