What a great opportunity! Whenever my Mummy gets really mad at me and swats at my tail I limp around to make her think she has hurt me so I will get treats. We both know that the only thing she has hurt is my pride but it's still good for a few extra treats, a cuddle and an apology from her. Of course I Never Apologize even when there is the smallest chance I may actually be in the wrong. If you managed to really hurt your leg then you should be able to clean up in the treats department. Tell Emma that the hot water bottle is very nice but some liver snaps or home made chicken and rice for dinner would be much more helpful in the healing process. I am so glad that my secretary is back to taking dictation for me so that I can help you think like a cat and live a better life.

I don't know if I told you my awful news - well, it's old news now, but at the beginning of the year I was quite ill and it turns out that I have chronic pancreatitis which means.......NO TREATS. Ever. Nothing with any fat in it. Isn't that awful? The only good thing about it is that I get fresh chicken every day and sometimes, when Emma can be bothered - fish. You would like that I think.
