  1. Dear Plum,
How lucky she is to have you. I am still lacking a dog to force me to take exercise, but it won't be long now... James

  2. Plum, it is good of you to help and encourage Emma to take exercise. We all would be better if we had someone to cheer us on! xoxoxox Vicki and Tulip

  3. BAHAHAHA!!! Oh, these sketches made me laugh so hard this morning. My cats ....
Oh dear.....I wasn't going to tell you I shared my home with cats at one time. Oh well, I know you will understand that when isn't lucky enough to have a friend like YOU, one must make do with what it on hand. They were really very nice cats (for cats).
Anyway, my "animals" would help in the same way. Wrapping Christmas presents on the floor was always challenging too. I'm sure Emma appreciates the help, Plum. You are a VERY good friend to her.

    1. Emma used to have cats too and she often says how similar we are - which I find irritating and nauseating. Nobody seems to understand that it is all terribly hard work for ME. It may look as though I am use getting in the way, but if it wasn't for my efforts - nothing would ever happen at all.
      Love Plum Disgruntled xx

  5. Plum, I so love to see what you are up to! Emma's planks look much better than mine; you are obviously an excellent personal trainer!
