    1. New Me isn't really happening, Vicki. Today I am older than I've ever been. I have some grey hairs but Emma says she is going to cut them off.
      Life is full of excitements.
      Love Plum xxxx

  2. Got to love the first attempt to shop (clothes or otherwise) after the holiday excesses!

    Giorgi can relate...

    1. Thanks for the sympathy. It's nice to know someone understands the whole thing. Haven't been back yet.

  3. I have one word for you, Emma: Boden. I spoke this like an open sesame about six years ago, or rather a close sesame as the curtains of hellish changing rooms instantly closed, the golden couriers glided to my door, and I have been painlessly presentable ever since. And as Aldeburgh has been called Boden-On-Sea, you'll fit in beautifully. Sadly though Plum I don't think they do doggywear. Thanks for a great laugh today anyway.

    1. Thank you James. I will bear it in mind… but do they do dark dreary clothes? Probably not. That is our speciality. We sort of wear matching outfits. Rather woolly and mud-splattered. But perhaps we should make a special effort this year.
      Love Emma and Plum

  4. Plum I like your stories. I'm reading the book - Plumdog, I think it is a very good book.

Thank you so much for saying so. That means a lot to me.

  5. My Mum thinks you modeled the blue sofa beautifully, I prefer your jaunty pose with the pink chair. Meaghan didn't vote because she was too busy snoring under the bed.

    1. Actually you would have been a far better model, Gracie, because you are so pretty and you probably know how to drape yourself in a graceful pose, nonchalantly, half falling off the arm of a chair, which is a look I've never successfully accomplished. I just fall off.
      Lots of love Plum

  6. How tiresome, Plum. I hope there was a nice biscuit in there for you somewhere. Emma has a strange idea of a "good outing", I think.
